Our best bud came to visit after Christmas and we went off to the woods to run, jump and generally celebrate another great year in our forever home. We might be old ladies but we gave 2 year old Alfie a run for his money.
Mind you, we did sleep for the next ten hours straight...
Cousin Scooter from Down Under sent us this photo of himself on Christmas day. We were glad to see we're not the only ones who get seasonal hats forced upon us.
Phew! All that trying-to-eat-the-presents-under-the -tree over the last few days has left us rather worn out for the big day. But that's not to say we couldn't move at rocket speed should you happen to drop a mince pie anywhere...
In the spirit of Christmas, we decided to do a nativity, mainly because we'd heard there were baby cheeses involved. But then Willow ran off with the sheep and it all went a bit wrong...
Every year we cling to the hope that the big red bows have become lost in the depths of the loft. No such luck. At least it's not reindeer antlers.
We were really excited when Chloe said she received a tin of dog biscuits for her birthday, but apparently we can't eat these. How rude.
..But then we went out for birthday tea & cake and we got treated to lots of these. Hurray!!
Just in time for Chloe coming back from her hols, the sun came out. We got so excited the day she came home that we spent the following day asleep in bed. There's only so much excitement two old girls can take. But enough about Chloe & her mum...
Hi, Willow here. I had to go for a walk on my own today as Pippin had a bad leg. Something to do with a man called Arthur Itis. I spent most of the time sitting in the leaves refusing to go any further. But then I realised there was an upside to walking solo: with Pippin out the way there was nothing to distract from my cuteness. Think I'm ready for my close up.
Hi! We're Pippin & Willow, Chloe & Jeff's rescued labradors. We keep an eye on everything here at C&J HQ, and now you can enjoy following our antics here on our blog. Woof!
